A medical congress floor is loud, crowded and tightly regulated. A global pharmaceutical company wanted a booth host who could greet physicians, take their questions and answer in plain language, without ever going off message.
We built a photo-realistic, life-size AI host and stood it in a custom HoloTube HalfPipe. Visitors speak to it the way they would speak to a colleague, and it answers in real time: company insights, scientific concepts, or simply where to go next on the floor.
How it was madeCaptured in the studio, alive on the floor.
The host began as a real performer, captured with high-fidelity video in a controlled studio. Conversational AI gives that performance a voice: it listens, understands the question and responds naturally, with no pre-recorded scripts. It can speak several languages, and its script can be tuned for each event.
Staying on messageGrounded in approved information.
In life sciences, an answer nobody approved is a liability. The host answers only from approved information that we build with the client, so a physician can ask anything and every reply stays on message.
Built to travelLive interaction. Real-time responses. No pre-recorded scripts.
Filmed once. Shown city to city.
The HalfPipe was designed as a congress piece: a small footprint, crated and set up show to show. It held the booth at international medical congresses in Chicago in May 2025 and in Berlin in October 2025, with the client’s representatives beside it to pick up the conversations it started.
